The quilt is now done and has been given to Kevin and Jenny. Here are a few photos from last night when I gave them the quilt.

Thank You!
I just wanted to thank all those involved in helping make this quilt such a great gift to Madeline! She may not appreciate it today, but I know in years to come she'll begin to understand the meaning behind the quilt and the love we all put into it for her!
Thank You!!

The front is done - and the back is almost done!
This weekend I made huge progress. I got the front part of the quilt done and the back is almost done! I hope to get it finished tonight! Here are some photos!
Half way done with the top... |
This is what's left of the front! |
The front is done! I just need to add about 3-4 inches of solid black fabric around the outside to give it a finished look. |
The back! It's all pieced together, just need to sew the columns together and add black around the outside to finish it off! |

Working Again
Now that we are finally settled in the new house, I'm working on the quilt again. I'm sooooo far behind where I'd like to be. Here are some pictures of my progress and my work space.
Essentially this is what the quilt is going to look like. Right now I'm anticipating it being a king sized quilt with the pattern on both the front and back. |
Here are all those little squares in progress. The top shelf of squares still need to have the black added to the long sides, so there's still a lot of work to do! |
Here's my work space. |
I'm using every bit of the room...even the window ledge. |

So sorry...
I realize I haven't posted anything for a LONG time. Well, I got started on the quilt, was making a quite the progress and then my husband and I got the crazy idea that we should move to a bigger house. I was given a couple of deadlines when I had to have the quilt finished...well, since I picked such a detailed pattern, those dates came and went and still not done. Here are a few photos of the quilt process. I had everything spread out on our dining room table and throughout the living room! Thanks sweetheart for being so understanding and patient with my hobbies!
